A 2025 or 2026 graduate (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field — with less than 6 months of experience for 2025 graduates at the time of joining. • Working knowledge of Python and general programming fundamentals — you can write and read code and are comfortable learning new languages and tools. • A basic understanding of AI and LLMs, and genuine curiosity about how AI systems are built. • Clear communication and a collaborative attitude — you ask questions, take feedback well, and are comfortable saying when you're stuck. • A strong learning mindset: coachable, self-driven, and eager to grow into an enterprise-grade engineer.
