8+ years of experience in network operations, with at least 4 years specifically in a senior or Level 2 support role. Strong knowledge of enterprise networking protocols and architectures , including Open Shortest Path First (OSPF), Border Gateway Protocol (BGP), Virtual Extensible LAN (VXLAN), and spine-leaf architecture. Proven ability in advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving within high-availability environments, including performing Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and managing complex Local Area Network (LAN) and Wide Area Network (WAN) issues.
